Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Island Repair Service. By booking or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.

Island Repair Service provides mobile marine mechanical services, including diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and seasonal preparation. Service details and scope are agreed upon before work begins.

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

Service fees are communicated prior to work being performed. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept standard payment methods which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their vessel. Access to the vessel must be safe and compliant with marina or dock regulations. Any pre-existing damage or issues must be disclosed before service begins.

While we take all reasonable care, Island Repair Service is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from services provided. Warranty coverage is limited to the scope of work performed and will be discussed with the client prior to service.

We reserve the right to decline service if unsafe conditions exist or if client conduct is abusive or inappropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
